How Much Does Herbalife VIP Membership Cost?
Short answer: Herbalife’s basic Wellness Rewards membership is free to join. The paid tier, Wellness Rewards VIP, is $19.95 a year and unlocks 15% off suggested retail price — rising to 25% and 35% as your product spend grows. Below you’ll find what the fee covers, how renewal and cancellation work, and what to compare before you sign up.

The paid tier. Starts at Bronze: 15% off suggested retail price, a free sample with every order, and extra points. Higher discounts unlock as your accumulated spend grows.
The annual fee
What the $19.95 covers, and how renewal works
- The fee is charged once a year using the payment method you select — that card is saved for automatic renewal each year.
- You’ll get a reminder email before your renewal date, so you can choose whether to continue for the following year.
- It’s a flat $19.95 no matter when you join — the fee isn’t prorated. Your membership runs 12 months from the date of payment.
- If a renewal payment fails, the system retries three times, every three days, with a 30-day grace period before the account downgrades to the free tier.

Spend thresholds are cumulative with no time period — there’s no rush. You keep your tier as long as you renew your VIP membership each year. Free shipping is included on all orders over $150.

Silver VIP
25% off suggested retail price, one free sample per order, and 1.5x points on Subscribe & Earn orders.
$2,500 accumulated spend + $19.95 a year
Gold VIP
35% off suggested retail price, one free sample per order, and 2x points on Subscribe & Earn orders.
